Our oven was not working and Tech Vill got me an appointment the very next day to diagnose the problem. Ronaldo was punctual and identified the issue quickly and managed to come back a couple days later with the required part to do the final repair. Ronaldo was attentive and so nice, very professional and adept at his job.

Extremely satisfied with their service. Called at 2pm and they gave me same day service, and it wasn’t even an emergency. The technician arrived just before 5pm and didn’t leave until he had diagnosed and resolved the leak in our Samsung built in fridge. It was almost 8pm. Very thorough!!

Perfect experience with Alan and Vincent! It was a very educational service call concerning my LG front load washer. Alan gives ample explanations with examples which makes every instruction suggested easy to understand and follow. They are honest and offer solutions in the best interest of the customer, short and long term. Even gave tips about saving money in detergent, washer cleaner , and electricity. I highly recommend this company. Alan and Vincent are the team to have on your side!

TechVill was awesome to deal with. Quick to get to our problem – scheduling was easy and seamless. Got a call from the service team the morning of the booking to let me know when they’d be there, and showed up on time. Amazing experience with TechVill! Highly Recommend! Friendly, customer focused, responsive, competitive and reasonable pricing and most importantly knowledgeable and experienced tech.Called to make an appointment late in the day hoping for a same day appointment after a different service company cancelled on us. TechVill was booked up but shortly after I got a call back from them (completely unprompted) to say they just had a cancellation and would I like the appointment! Above and beyond – amazing customer service! Alan came to see us, super friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything so we understood the issues with our freezer. He also recommended the most economical path which was to replace it despite that meaning he didn’t have any further repair work to do – wanting us to have the best experience and outcome for money spent.Will definitely call again for future appliance repairs.

Pros: really good response time. Provides good options and clear quotes.Cons: I didn’t like that I required multiple visits to diagnose that I basically needed a new washer. I understand that diagnosing a problem can lead to other problems, but having to pay the minimum $135 for a 20 minute visit was pretty painful for multiple visits. I wish they could have gone through the full troubleshooting in the first visit, as I don’t feel like I had every option checked, and still don’t really feel satisfied with the customer service.Normally I’d just chalk this off to an unfortunate set of events that led to requiring a new washer. But then I learned that the tech who visited my house basically forced a 5 star review for my wife to complete, and I wasn’t a fan of that at all.Truth be told, I doubt I’ll use them again for home service. While the response time and service was fast, I didn’t really feel like I had every option checked, and I basically paid $500+ to be told my washer can’t be fixed.EDIT: After a quick communication with management, we were able to resolve issues amicably. I appreciate them reaching out and helping me out with my concerns listed above. I’ve revised my score.

The first time around, Boris came by to fix our washer. After diagnosing the problem, he had our part ordered and washer fixed within a week.Eight months later, our dryer stopped working and Alan came through to diagnose and fix our dryer all within an hour.And I didn’t catch her name, but the customer service rep I had spoken to both times was incredibly professional and would respond to my email within 24 hours and had a tech out within a couple days max.I don’t normally leave reviews, but Techvill had exceeded my expectations both times and I’d HIGHLY recommend you use their services.

I booked a diagnostic appointment but prior to the appointment I received a call from the technician, John, to confirm the make and model of the appliance that needed repair. After some discussions about my appliance error, he was open and upfront about the costs I should expect for parts and labour. It turned out that these costs were higher than I was expecting and it was more economical for me to purchase a new appliance. Therefore, John let me cancel my appointment and saved me diagnostic fees that instead went towards a new purchase. Thanks for the honesty and transparency John!

Both times that TechVill came was to repair the refrigerator in our kitchen and the one in the suite downstairs. I really like the way they do business. They are quick to respond, let you know right up front what the cost will be (plus any parts required); the technician phones to let you know he is on the way. All round totally positive experiences,

After contacting 3 companies to get the best service and quote, Allan arrived in 2 days to repair our Kenmore dryer. I was impressed by his company’s booking agent, good communication skills, compliance to wearing a mask, a pleasant disposition, polite, knowledge, an efficient diagnosis, care in his work, punctuality, fair pricing having the part with him, his informative explanations, effecient bill payment, warranty and out in an hour! He is our repair man forever.

Excellent service and efficiency. Had our dishwasher stop working when we moved into our new apartment. Called and had a technician come out to diagnose the problem and back within a week with new parts. Wife’s happy to have her dishwasher back and I’m happy with the prices

I had a great experience with Techvill Appliance Repair Ltd. with Boris. He gives super excellent customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and really knows how to repair an appliance. I would go the extra mile to have Boris repairing my appliances. I have used his expertise before and he gives 10+++ service! He is a professional, very polite, and hard-working!!

I thought i needed to replace a washer door seal.Their quote was the lowest of all of my estimates, and when i sent them a photo he suggested a god cleaning might fix it.Upon closer inspection i noticed the drain holes were plugged. Once cleaned all was good!!!!!He could of easily just replaced it and not said anything to me, but was very honest!I highly recommend.

Ronaldo showed up on time and was very personable. He thoroughly investigated the cause for the dryer malfunction . It required a part that Ronaldo didn’t have in his mobile unit. But he promised to be back the same day. He was back before he promised and the dryer has worked perfectly since! 100% will use Techville again for appliances repair!

I didn’t end up using Techvill at this time, only because Garrek was a terrific advisor over the phone and basically straight up told me that he could fix my problem but other problems would soon appear (because of the model and manufacturer of my fridge, a notorious appliance for breaking down in their experience). So it would have been good money after bad.They could have said nothing and taken the repair money now and later, but were instead transparent and professional. When we do need a repair Techvill will be the first place we call. Thank you!

Boris managed to rebuild our really old Frigidaire refrigerator. Instead of saying it was too old to repair he modified a newer fan motor to fit.Saved an old but still working appliance.

When my 10 year old washing machine started leaking, I wasn’t sure if it was going to be worth it to repair. I contacted probably 5 repair businesses and TechVill was one of 2 or 3 that got back to me. They had the best service fee ($99) and Jon repaired my machine in under an hour. The total bill was $350 including the call out fee. My husband thought this was a lot but to buy a new machine would have cost 5 times that! I was super happy with the work Jon did and I think $350 is excellent value, especially considering there’s a 3 month guarantee on the work. Well worth it and I wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys again. Customer service was also top notch- the ladies on the phone took the time to answer my questions and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do.

It was a chilly day.Outside, the ground was still thawing from the Winter freeze.Inside the aroma of a hunger-quenching mid-day meal filled the apartment, pairing nicely with anticipation towards oncoming arrival.There was a knock at the door. The time had come.In walked the expected visitor, on-time, pleasant and with a smile adorning his face. His eyes spoke of experience and knowing how to ‘satisfy the needs of the job’.Sometimes names are not necessary. In this case, Nicolas was his name.It had gotten too hot inside the room. Nicolas was here to fix the problem.And fix my problem he did. In a quick and tidy fashion, not wasting any time on external matters, instead focusing solely on fixing what ailed me inside that apartment.His touch was tender, yet firm. He moved with purpose and wasn’t afraid to accomplish the task, no matter how wet it became.Time dispersed quickly, a sign of good work being attended to.Upon completion, Nicholas, in his trustworthy way, assured me he had satisfied the issue. I agreed, exhaled and knew I would welcome him back into my home again if the need arose once again.I thanked Nicolas and wished him well.My washing machine works well again and I can thank the friendly chap named Nicholas who fixed it for me.Thank you Nicolas, I officially endorse you to others for their appliance repair needs.

John was very quick to diagnose the problem. Turns out it was the outlet! Replaced the cord plug/cord and got us in touch with an electrician for outlet repair. Great prompt, friendly and courteous service!

I was very pleased with John’s help with my microwave. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and also gave me options to repair or replace, and good advice on features to look for in a new model. He came back to install the new one and did a great job getting it all set up and tidying up afterwards. Would definitely use him again.

A 3-day turnaround from my first call to my washer being repaired was much faster than I would have expected, especially since that went over the weekend. Professional, friendly, knowledgable, much quicker than expected. Easy to reccomend.

Alan was friendly and professional. He came and diagnosed the problem and was able to provide a solution. We had to wait for a part but Alan kept me in the loop with when he would be back to install. Making my life stress free. 2days later part in hand came back and fixed the oven. I am very happy as it no longer sounds like my oven is going to fly away.Thanks Alan for explaining the issue and getting it fixed. Would definitely recommend Alan to anyone needing oven help.

When I phoned to make the appointment, explaining the symptoms, I was assured that it sounded like 1 of a couple possible problems but definitely fixable. John arrived on time, quoted a price range (depending on what he found), and fixed the issue quickly and tidily. John helpfully explained what he was doing as he worked. He is very knowledgeable is very personable. I will call TechVill for all my appliance repairs.

We had great service from John repairing a frozen line on our 20 plus year old Viking fridge. On time, polite and professional. He also checked into getting replacement parts from Viking for a broken drawer and problematic door hinge (respectively incredibly expensive & unavailable but not Techvill’s fault) and reported back to me right away. We’ve used Techvill for our other Viking appliances and have always had a good experience.
